The Butler & Tailor (Butler&Tailor d.o.o., Gosposka ulica 9, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, hereinafter Butler&Tailor) strongly recommends that you have travel insurance in the interests of you and your family to protect your financial investment. However, it is the responsibility of the Client(s) to ensure that they obtain adequate travel and medical insurance cover. Whilst the Butler & Tailor may assist in the event of a claim, the Butler & Tailor accepts no responsibility for the action of the Insurance Company and/or the Underwrites and/or the Loss Adjusters.

We include the option to purchase travel insurance on all invoices and require that travelers decline coverage in writing should they wish to not purchase it. Our experience shows that guests who purchase travel insurance including trip cancellation, baggage and personal effects loss, interruption and delay, travel more assuredly.

Should you decide not to take out travel insurance, the Butler & Tailor will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result.

These terms constitute part of the contract between the parties, unless varied in writing. Payment of all or any part of the monies referred to Paragraph 1 above shall constitute acceptance of behalf of the Client(s).

In case of dispute the problem will be resolved in the Ljubljana court of justice.
